Biography

Qian Yuxian, Associate Chief Physician, Zhejiang Provincial Medical Aesthetics Attending Physician, and founder of Ningbo Yasu Medical Aesthetics Clinic. He is also Director of Kali Medical Aesthetics Clinic. Qian Yuxian has extensive clinical experience, especially in eye plastic surgery and minimally invasive aesthetics. In eye plastic surgery, he has developed his own unique minimally invasive double eyelid surgery and linkage-method double eyelid surgery, which have been included in the international journal Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. To date, he has completed more than 12,000 eye plastic surgery procedures.

In minimally invasive aesthetics, Dr. Qian Yuxian has also participated in the formulation of the Chinese expert consensus on hyaluronic acid and is the advocate who first proposed in China that “beauty lies in the bone, not the skin” and the concept of bone-structure lifting. He has currently developed a hyaluronic acid contour fixation technique specifically suited to Chinese people: vertical lifting. He performs at least 1,000 injection cases each year, with total injection cases exceeding 15,000.

Since beginning his plastic surgery practice in 2006, he has developed solid foundational skills and rich experience, and has undertaken exchange and training at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, St Thomas’ Hospital in the United Kingdom, and Nagoya Beauty Hospital in Japan.
